Gun stolen A .38-caliber pistol was stolen from a vehicle owned by Jerome Keith Fant of Plum at 110 Patton St. between 3 p.m. March 23 and 10 a.m. May 5, state police said. Dunbar Twp.

SUV stolen

A green 1994 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from the driveway of a Monarch man’s home on Independence Avenue between 11:30 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 a.m. Friday, state police said. Police did not identify the owner.

Connellsville

Employee cited

Amber N. Smith, 21, of Connellsville was cited for selling tobacco to a minor in Gilmore’s Store Thursday morning, according to Uniontown police, who conduct tobacco law compliance checks through a contract with the Fayette County Drug and Alcohol Commission. Police checked 24 retailers throughout the county and found only one violation.

Man cited

Emmett Watson, 46, of Uniontown was cited with public drunkenness after arriving at the police station yelling something about his Social Security number at 9 p.m. Thursday, city police said.

PFA violation

David Allen Emery, 47, of Uniontown violated a protection-from-abuse order at the Shining Stone Bar at 2:42 p.m. Thursday, state police said. Emery was placed in the Fayette County Prison on $1,500 bond. Police said the victim was a 48-year-old female, but did not identify her by name.

Tool stolen

Numerous tools were stolen from a van owned by a Connellsville man at 784 Skylark Drive between 7 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday, state police said. Police did not identify the victim.

Fence damaged

Someone damaged a fence at Arnold’s Towing between April 24 and 27, state police said. Police did not identify the owner.
