Verna Pearl (Hyatt) Burnsworth Spaw, age 88, of Markleysburg and formerly of Hopwood, Pa., passed away Thursday, May 14, 2009, in the Uniontown Hospital. Friends will be received in the CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Farmington, Pa., today (Sunday, May 17, 2009) until 2 p.m., the hour of the Service with her grandson, Pastor Timothy Gosnell, officiating.

Interment will follow in Sansom Chapel Cemetery.
