Chester E. Silfies, 90, of Fredericktown (Deemston Boro) died Monday, May 25. Surviving is one daughter, Jayne Silfies; and two sisters: Virginia Brown and Eve Wiltrout; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM in the GREENLEE FUNERAL HOME, Fredericktown, where funeral services will be held at 11 AM on Friday, May 29, 2009 with Pastor John Thomas officiating.
