Waynesburg State police in Waynesburg said they investigated 720 incidents in October including 82 reports of criminal offenses resulting in 30 criminal arrests. Police said they investigated 46 traffic accidents during the month, including one fatal crash and made 12 arrests for drunken driving. Police said they also issued 240 traffic citations and 251 warnings. UNIONTOWN Gun stolen

Uniontown police said a gun owned by Brian Morris of Uniontown was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on Main Street Monday.

Bullskin Twp. Purse stolen

State police said a purse owned by Stephanie McKellep of Erie was stolen from her vehicle while it was parked on Memorial Boulevard on Oct. 26.

Connellsville Twp. License plate stolen

Patrick Brown of Scottdale told police that the license plate was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked on Route 119 between Oct. 26 and Oct. 27.

California Citation filed

Nicholas Jose Giansante, 19, of Pittsburgh was cited with failure to stop for a school bus discharging students and harassment after he failed to stop for the school bus traveling in California and then made obscene gestures to the bus driver and students on the bus Oct. 21, California police said.

California Man cited

Michael Carmen Provenzano, 21, of Pittsburgh was cited for disorderly conduct when he caused a disturbance after receiving a parking ticket for parking in a handicapped space at the California Borough Building on Oct. 27, California police said.

Springhill Twp. Vandalism reported

State police said vandals damaged a car owned by Rose Stull, no address available, while it was parked in Springhill between 10 p.m. Sunday and 9:30 a.m. Monday.

Bullskin Twp. Mailbox damaged

Kathleen Sweitzer of Mount Pleasant told police that vandals damaged her mailbox on Sweitzer Road between noon Oct. 28 and noon Thursday, state police said.

Franklin Twp. Man charged

State police said Jeremy Shawn Barnhart of Waynesburg was charged with harassment and disorderly conduct following an altercation with Bobbi Jo Ankrom, also of Waynesburg, at a home in Franklin Township, Greene County, at 8:35 p.m. Monday.

North Union Twp. Man charged

Raymond George House, 21, of New Salem was charged with simple assault and harassment following an altercation with Brittany Boyd of Uniontown on Oct .28, state police said.

Saltlick Twp. Man charged

Thomas X. Corbett, 48, of Sewickley was charged with drunken driving after he crashed his vehicle on Route 381 on Sept. 6, state police said.

South Union Twp. Charge filed

State police said Bradley Joseph Sciullo, 22, of Uniontown was charged with harassment following an incident involving Angela Allison of Masontown on Oct. 26 and Oct. 27.

North Union Twp. Crash reported

No one was injured when a car driven by a 17-year-old Uniontown teenager crashed on Coolspring Street at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

California Citation filed

The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement said officers cited Rye’s Bar and Restaurant in California for violating state liquor laws in September.

Jonathan W. Royster, 20, no address available, was charged with retail theft after he stole a doughnut from the Kwik Fill convenience store in California on Oct. 18, borough police said.

California Woman cited

California police said Maron Edwards, 22, Queen Anne, Md., was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incent in California on Sunday.

California Man cited

California police said Michael James Munizza, 20, of Sewickley was cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking after he was found urinating at the intersection of Strawberry Way and Wood Street on Oct. 20.

Donegal Twp. Chains stolen

Harry Burnsworth of Mill Run told police that two tire chains he owns were stolen from a location on Creek Road.
