Bucs down Raiders

The Buccaneers scored two touchdowns in the first quarter, and put the non-conference game against Waynesburg Central away with two more scores in the second quarter for a 33-12 victory in the season finale for both teams. Matt Kabay drew the Raiders close on a 7-yard scoring run at 8:04 in the second quarter, but Chartiers-Houston responded with a 26-yard touchdown run by Mykel Dorsey and a 13-yard touchdown pass from Danial Lis to Tanner Sutton.

Lis’ third touchdown pass of the game was the lone score in the third quarter, and Waynesburg’s Nick Zupper closed the scoring on a 10-yard run with 2:44 left in the game.

Waynesburg finishes the season with an overall record of 3-7.
