Southwest Regional police said Tim Picard, 21, of Coal Center was charged with disorderly conduct for smashing a pumpkin on Spring Street at 2:40 a.m. Tuesday.

Scottdale Man injured
State police said John M. Miller Jr., 21, of Dunbar suffered injuries when the vehicle he was driving crashed on Route 189 on Oct. 25.

State police said items owned by Kathy Schwarz of Farmington and Mark Ellsworth of Fairchance were stolen from a home on Skyline Drive Oct. 12.

State police said vehicles driven by Chelsea Lambie of Ohiopyle and William Jeffries, no address available, collided in Wharton Township at 12:41 p.m. Wednesday.

William Bender, no address available, told police that an archery bow was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked at a business in Dunbar Township between 11 p.m. Monday and noon Wednesday, state police said.
Dunkard Twp. Wire stolen
State police said copper wire owned by Shelby Electric of Mitchell, Ind., was stolen from a construction site in Dunkard Township between Oct. 30 and Monday. During the same time span, copper wire owned by Allegheny Power was stolen from a construction site on Route 2011 in Dunkard Township, police said.

Richard Thomas Vinson of Waynesburg was charged with disorderly conduct following an altercation Tuesday at Southwest Regional Medical Center in Franklin Township, Greene County, state police said.
