Sophia J. “Sophie” Gonda Carbonara, 85, of Connellsville, Pa. died Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at her home. Friends will be received today from 1 to 9 p.m. in the BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, Pa., where services will be held on Saturday, November 7, 2009 at 10 a.m.

Interment will follow in Saint Rita’s Church Cemetery.
