Franklin Twp. Brian Sheraw, 38, of Uniontown was cited for harassment for allegedly becoming involved in a physical altercation with Laura Sheraw, 40, and Donald M. Feaden, 41, at a location on Route 51 at 1:45 a.m. Nov. 1, state police said. Luzerne Twp. Safe stolen

Diana Green of Merrittstown reported a safe was stolen from her Rocky Run Road residence between Nov. 1 and Nov. 4, state police said.

Redstone Twp. Items stolen

State police said undershirts, boxer shorts and socks totaling $71.50 were stolen from the Dollar General store in Grindstone Nov. 4.

Luzerne Twp. Two charged

State police said Raul Delgado III, 33, and Jodi Delgado, 34, both of Hiller, were charged with insurance fraud Nov. 3 for allegedly cashing a check that Everett Cash Mutual Insurance Company of Everett issued to them for alleged stolen property after the property had been recovered. Police said the Delgados did not notify the insurance company that the property had been recovered.

Redstone Twp. Items stolen

Thomas Liptak of Grindstone reported numerous items, mostly jewelry, were stolen from a residence on Davidson Road between 8 a.m. and 3:25 p.m. Nov. 4, state police said.

Jefferson Twp. Church burglarized

State police said Little Redstone Presbyterian Church on Central School Road was ransacked between 2 and 5 p.m. Nov. 2, noting that nothing appeared to have been stolen.

Lower Tyrone Twp. Money stolen

State police said $20 and a ring and bracelet belonging to Debbie A. Swink, 37, of Dawson was stolen from a residence on Hickory Square Road between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. Oct. 31.
