Richard E. Pletcher, 57, of West Leisenring, died on Sunday, November 15, 2009. He was born March 24, 1952, in Uniontown, a son of the late Clark and Dorothy Lowden Pletcher.

He was Protestant by faith. He was employed by Romeo and Sons Inc., in Uniontown. He was a member of the Slovak and Eagles Club in Connellsville. He enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson, Motorcycle.

He is survived by a son, Richard Pletcher, Jr. of Uniontown; a grandson, Richard Pletcher II; two sisters: Donna Tomasko and husband, David of Connellsville and Karen Lorenzo and husband, Bob of Mentor, Ohio.

He was predeceased by his parents, a brother, William Pletcher and sister, Marlene Moore.

Friends will be received in the VITO C. MARTUCCI FUNERAL HOME, 123 South First Street, West Side Connellsville, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and Friday until 11 a.m. the hour of service with Pastor Ross Ackinclose officiating.

Interment will be private.
