David and Susan Braum of Uniontown announce the engagement o their daughter, Jennifer Braum, to Nick Jordan of Brooklyn, Ohio. The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Laurel Highlands High School and Bethany College with a bachelor of arts degree in political communications.

She is executive news producer for WTOV in Steubenville, Ohio.

Her fiance is the son of Michael and Jada Beecher of Dillionvale, Ohio.

He is a 2001 graduate of Buckeye Local High School and Wheeling Jesuit University with a bachelor of science degree in nuclear medicine.

He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Cleveland State University.

He is employed as a nuclear medicine technologist.

A wedding for Sept. 4, 2010, is being planned.
