Michael and Cynthia Kopas of Uniontown announce the engagement of their daughter, Krystle Michelle Kopas, to William Richard Conkle, son of Kenneth and Connie Conkle of Scenery Hill. The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Albert Gallatin High School and a 2008 graduate of Penn State Fayette with a bachelor of science degree in human development and family studies. She is studying toward a master’s degree in social work at California University of Pennsylvania. She is on the therapeutic support staff at Alliance Health Wraparound.

Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Bentworth High School and a 2007 graduate of California University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering.

He is a union carpenter for Wrangler Construction.

A fall 2011 wedding is being planned.
