Man charged

DUNBAR TWP. Shane E. Arb Jr., 24, of Dunbar was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing three digital cameras valued at $167.94 from Wal-Mart, located at 1450 Morrell Ave., between 3:22 and 3:39 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

German Twp. Man injured

State police said Anthony T. Amato, 76, of Leckrone suffered injuries when the vehicle he was driving crashed at the intersection of Walnut Hill Road and Sunshine Hollow Road at 6:35 p.m. Saturday. Amato was citied for driving too fast for conditions, police said, noting that Collier Volunteer Fire Department and Fairchance EMS assisted them.

Springfield Twp. Teen injured

State police said a 17-year-old Mill Run boy suffered minor injuries when the vehicle he was driving crashed on Indian Creek Valley Road at 6:17 a.m. Nov. 8.

North Union Twp. Man cited

Delmar P. Lowry, 44, of Uniontown was cited for driving under the influence following a traffic stop on North Gallatin Avenue at 9:38 p.m. Friday, state police said, noting that Lowry’s blood-alcohol content was twice the legal limit.

Dunbar Man assaulted

State police said Wilbur F. Yoder, 31, of Dunbar was assaulted by three suspects with baseball bats at a location on Dunbar Road at 10:30 a.m. Nov. 16. Police said the assault is under investigation.

South Union Twp. Purse stolen

Kathy L. Mankin, 41, of Uniontown reported a black change purse containing $70 was stolen while she was at Uniontown Mall between 4 and 8:30 p.m. Friday.
