NORTH UNION TWP. Theft reported

State police said Kevin Burgess, 46, reported that there were numerous unapproved charges on his credit card totaling $1,535.39. The charges were made between Nov. 20 and 21, police said.

Springhill Twp. Man charged

State police said that Benjamin Ross Luciew, 20, of Harrison City was charged with driving under the influence following an Oct. 9 crash on Route 857.

South Union Twp. Car stolen

State police said Stacy Jo Abel, 37, reported her car, a blue 2005 Ford Focus, was stolen from 248 McClellandtown Road Nov. 7 or Nov. 8.

South Union Twp. Property stolen

State police said Marlene Hogan, 58, reported that someone stole various unspecified property from her home on Dixon Boulevard on Monday.

Georges Twp. Home vandalized

State police said Melinda Barnhart, 36, of Uniontown reported that someone threw eggs at her home on Clay Street on Tuesday and then fled.

German Twp. Gun found

State police said a firearm was found on Palmer Road on Wednesday. The gun will be kept at the barracks for 30 days. Anyone with information is asked to call 724-439-7111.

Franklin Twp. Vehicle damaged

State police said Robert Rowan of Vanderbilt reported his vehicle’s window was damaged Nov. 20 or Nov. 21.
