Samuel D. Mickens, age 74. of Uniontown, Pennsylvania passed away on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 26, 2009 in Uniontown Hospital. He is survived by his siblings: Betty Brewer, Joseph A. Mickens, Georgia Marie Mickens, Dr. Clifford Nolan Mickens, Daisy L. Weaver, Marva J. Taylor, Timothy T. Mickens, Henrietta D. Mickens, Beverly S. Mickens.

Arrangements, which are incomplete, have been entrusted to the LANTZ FUNERAL HOME INC., 297 East Main Street, Uniontown, and will be announced.
