Roy Charles Wayne Roderick
Mr. Roy Charles Wayne Roderick, age 75, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at home in Greeneville, Tennessee surrounded by his loving Family. He was born on June 7, 1934 in Brownsville, Pennsylvania.
Roy was a retired United States Navy EMCS (SS) E-8 Master Chief Veteran of 21 years in the submarine service
He was a very well known Real Estate Broker in Greene County, Tennessee since 1976.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Roy James Jesse Roderick and Margaret Schimonsky Roderick who were originally of Brownsville, Pennsylvania; and his loving wife, Deb Rosio Roderick of Antigo, Wisconsin.
He is survived by his four children Gene Albert Roderick of Dallas, Texas, Dale Frank Roderick and his wife Lynn of Genoa City, Wisconsin, Margaret Sheryl Roderick and Clete Patrick Roderick both of Greeneville, Tennessee; six grandchildren: Allen James, Kelly Marie, Chastity Lee, Keri Lynn, Patrick Wayne and Derrick Shane; seven great grandchildren; three brothers and three sisters-in-law: Robert and Bobbie Roderick of Greeneville, Tennessee, Roger and Pat Roderick of Lady Lake, Florida, and Ralph and Connie Roderick of Greeneville, Tennessee; and a very special cousin: Paula Palone.
Family will receive Friends on Monday, November 30, 2009 from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m. at the KISER-ROSE HILL FUNERAL HOME, 125 Idletime Drive, Greeneville, TN 37743 (423.638.3121).
The Funeral Service will follow in the Funeral Home Chapel at 7 p.m.
Greeneville-Greene County Honor Guard will confer Military Rites immediately following the Funeral Service.
