Erica L. Robinette, 28, of Oakland, Md., was cited for harassment and public drunkenness after hitting a 16-year-old girl following an incident during Fright Fest at Rich Farms at 12:05 a.m. Sunday, state police said. Springhill Twp.

State police said William Marquez, 31, of Tampa, Fla., was arrested and charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incident during Fright Fest at Rich Farms at 12:25 a.m. Sunday.

East Huntingdon Twp.

State police said Gina L. Richter, 29, of Mount Pleasant suffered minor injuries when vehicles driven by Richter and Sherri S. Gearhart, 36, of Stahlstown crashed on Buckeye Tram Road at 1:50 p.m. Sept. 29. Gearhart was not injured, according to police.

Uniontown

Uniontown police said Paula E. Strassman of Uniontown reported a bag of human feces was thrown on the porch of her Cleveland Avenue residence at 10:49 p.m. Friday.

Tina A. Lewis, 42, and Antonio P. Samuel, 45, both of Uniontown, were each cited for public drunkenness following an incident on Searight Avenue at 7:45 p.m. Saturday, Uniontown police said.

Uniontown police said a portable DVD player belonging to Jason Jobes of Uniontown was reported stolen from a vehicle at 1:34 p.m. Sunday.

North Union Twp.

State police said that Michael Phillip Gulley, 19, of Lemont Furnace was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and cited for underage drinking and traffic violations after an accident on Route 40 at 5:06 a.m. Sept. 7. Police said Gulley’s car hit a concrete wall, and he got his car stuck on a concrete median.

State police said that someone damaged the Monarch ball field in Dunbar by driving a vehicle through it between 6:30 and 7 a.m. Sunday.

South Union Twp.

State police said that Robert Stimmell, 20, of Uniontown was charged with harassment after he allegedly harmed his mother, Kimberly Lindman, 43, of Uniontown at a home on Elm Street on Sunday morning.

State police said that Diane Lee Bootz reported that someone damaged a wire fence at her home on Clay Street on Saturday morning.

State police said that Shannon Shields of Brownsville reported that someone broke the window of her car while it was parked at 5 Howard Court on Sept. 26.

Connellsville Twp.

State police said they cited Tiffany Ritenour, 21, of Connellsville for disorderly conduct after an incident on Isabella Road Extension at 7:37 p.m. Saturday.

Mount Pleasant Twp.

State police in Greensburg charged Daniel Hood, 33, of Mount Pleasant with indirect criminal contempt after he allegedly sent text messages to Andrea Eutsey, 35, of Mount Pleasant between Sept. 17 and 18. Police said that Eutsey had a protection-from-abuse order the precluded Hood from contacting her.

Redstone Twp.

Redstone Township police cited William Murray, 24, of New Salem for disorderly conduct after they found marijuana in his car while he was at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Cardale on Sept. 29, police said.

Redstone Township police said that Ronald G. Kuhns of Brier Hill was cited for driving with a suspended license and having an open container of alcohol in the car on Saturday. Police said that the front seat passenger in the car, Jonathan L. Babbage of Uniontown, also was cited for having an open container of alcohol.

When police were stopped at Simpson Road, they indicated that Michael Anthony Howard Sr. of Brownsville approached the scene, and they found a crack pipe in his possession. Police said he was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and cited for disorderly conduct.

Belle Vernon

State police in Belle Vernon issued a report that indicated they investigated 784 incidents in September. Of those 181 were criminal offenses and all were founded. Police said that 76 offenses were cleared during the month, resulting in 63 arrests.

The patrol division reported 45 crashes that resulted in two fatalities. Of those, seven were hit-and-run accidents, and there were 25 people reported injured. Police made nine arrests for driving under the influence of alcohol, and said there were six DUI-related crashes. Police issued 296 citations and 130 warnings during the month.

State police in Waynesburg said that Ruth Dean of Mount Morris reported that someone stole $15 from her home on Roberts Run Road on Thursday.

Franklin Twp.

State police in Waynesburg said Larry Kalakewich, 21; Brittney Kalakewich, 23; and Mandi Moore, 31, all of Waynesburg, were cited for harassment after a fight at 1365 Lantz Street at 8:10 a.m. Saturday.

Franklin Twp.

State police said that Riley Over, 23, of Distant was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an alleged altercation with police at the Sheetz around 12:35 a.m. Friday.

North Union Twp.

State police said Brianne Humphrey, 6, of Uniontown, a passenger in a car driven by Misty D. Humphrey, 32, of Uniontown, sustained a minor injury in a two-vehicle accident on Pittsburgh Road around 2:20 p.m. Saturday. Police listed the other driver involved as Melissa A. Arnold, 40, of Uniontown.

Dunbar Twp.

State polices said someone broke into a building on Fifth Street in Dunbar and stole a pressure washer owned by Thomas Paul Beucher between Sept. 6 and 16.

Connellsville

Police have filed charges against the following individuals in unrelated incidents:

n Thomas Patrick Tracy, 41, of West Crawford Avenue, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was allegedly found intoxicated and yelling obscenities and making obscene gestures at passing motorists during an Oct. 2 incident in the 600 block of West Crawford Avenue.

n Douglas Eric Provance, 45, of East Crawford Avenue, with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated along East Gibson Avenue on Oct. 2.

n Darrell Ray Hall, 54, of North Pittsburgh Street with public drunkenness after he was allegedly found intoxicated in the 300 block of North Pittsburgh Street on Oct. 2.

n Rochelle Toth, 41, of Gibson Terrace with public drunkenness after she was allegedly found intoxicated in the 200 block of West Washington Avenue on Oct. 2.

n Alan Scott Cramer, 23, of South 8th Street, with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after he was allegedly found intoxicated and creating a disturbance during an Oct. 2 incident at a South 8th Street residence.

Uniontown

State police said Tiana Rhea Thornton, 29, of Uniontown was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after she was pulled over for a traffic violation at 4 a.m. Sept. 7 on South Mount Vernon Avenue.

State police said Amy C. Kennick, 46, of Connellsville reported that someone damaged her vehicle while it was parked on West Crawford Avenue around 12:10 a.m. Tuesday.

North Union Twp.

State police said Christopher Kearns of Uniontown reported that his dual-axle utility trailer was stolen from University Drive between Friday and Monday.

Georges Twp.

State police said Daniel Schreckengost, 29, of Fairchance was cited for harassing Scott Fowler, 46, of Fairchance following an incident at 4:05 p.m. Monday.

East Huntingdon Twp.

State police in Greensburg said that a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, both students at Southmoreland High School, were charged with possession and possession with intent to deliver marijuana on Monday. The charges were filed with Westmoreland County Juvenile Probation Office.

Franklin Twp.

State police in Belle Vernon said no one was injured in a two-vehicle crash on Pittsburgh Road around 2 p.m. Sept. 30. Police listed the drivers as Jacqueline A. Bozan, 63, of Latrobe and Harold Klink, 23, of Dunbar. Police were assisted at the scene by Smock and Flatwoods volunteer fire departments.

Jefferson Twp.

State police in Belle Vernon said that a pickup truck owned by Gilbert Campbell of Fairbank was found burned on Mount Vernon Road on Sept. 29. Police said Campbell reported the truck stolen to Brownsville police.

Uniontown police said that Richelle Yvon Marilungo, no age listed, of Uniontown was cited for disorderly conduct after she allegedly yelled toward a home on Fairview Street around 3:30 a.m. on Monday.

State police said Jamey Capozza of Ronco reported that the battery was stolen from her sport utility vehicle on Friday night.

Georges Twp.

State police said that someone stole a chain saw from Arthur Moats’ yard on Clark Road on Saturday afternoon.

German Twp.

State police said that someone stole gift cards from the Lake Side Party Center in McClellandtown between Sept. 5 and 6.

Dunbar Twp.

State police said Christina Crouch of Dunbar reported that someone flattened the rear tires of her car while it was parked on Front Street between Saturday and Sunday.
