John E. “Pap” Osborne
John E. “Pap” Osborne, 94, of Upper Middletown, Pa., passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 in the Uniontown Hospital. Friends will be received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood, today from 11 a.m. to Noon the hour of the service, with Rev. Daniel Brant officiating.
Interment will be held in the LaFayette Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to Upper Middletown U. M. Church, Fayette Friends of Animals, North Gallatin Ave., Uniontown, or a charity of your choice.
The family would like a special thanks to Coville Personal Care and Staff and the doctors and nurses at the Uniontown Hospital.
