James E. “Ed” Shahan, Sr., 61, of Perryopolis passed away Thursday, October 8, 2009 Friends will be received in the BLAIR-LOWTHER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 305 Rear Independence Street, Perryopolis, Pa., today 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and on Monday until 11 a.m., the hour of service with Rev. Richard Schimansky officiating.

Interment will be held in Mount Washington Cemetery, Perryopolis, Pennsylvania.

Graveside Military Rites will be accorded by Veterans of Foreign Wars Gold Star Post 7023 and American Legion Post 752 of Perryopolis, Pa.
