Mildred A. Check Horak, age 84, of McClellandtown, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, October 7, 2009 in the Uniontown Hospital. Friends will be received in the ROBERT T. KISH FUNERAL HOME, 20 North Mill Street, New Salem, Pa. today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday, October 12, 2009 until 9:15 a.m. when a Prayer Service will be held.
A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10 a.m. in All Saints Roman Catholic Church Masontown, Pa., with the Rev. Father John M. Butler as Celebrant.
Interment will follow in Saint Thomas Cemetery, Footedale, Pennsylvania.
Parish Wake Service will be held in the Funeral Home today at 2 p.m.
