Uniontown police said they investigated two separate reports of shots fired on Farragut Street early Monday. Police said the first report was made at 3:36 a.m. and the second report came in at 4:51 a.m. Uniontown

Uniontown police said vandals damaged a car owned by Martin Kerch of Uniontown while it was parked on West Fayette Street at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.

Georges Twp.

State police said a car owned by Darrell Greene of Masontown was stolen from a location on Collier Road between 4 and 6 p.m. Friday.

Fairchance

State police said they are looking for Samantha Chastity Verbus, 14, of Fairchance after she was reported missing from her home on West Church Street on Friday. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.

North Union Twp.

A green Craftsman riding lawn mower was discovered abandoned on North Gallatin Avenue at 9:39 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

Redstone Twp.

State police said they are again searching for a 14-year-old Chestnut Ridge girl who was reported missing from her grandparents’ home for the third time in the last year. Jessica Gail Wiles was reported missing from her residence at 404 Third St. in September, police said. Wiles also was reported missing in March and last October. Wiles is 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighs about 160 pounds. Anyone with information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-929-6262.

Dunbar Twp.

State police said Robert Wiltrout of Connellsville was taken to the Uniontown Hospital after two unidentified men assaulted him at a location on Route 201 at 8:15 p.m. Sunday.

Connellsville Twp.

Lindsey Ward of Connellsville told police that two video game systems were stolen from her home on Gun Club Road between 10 and 11 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

South Union Twp.

Dave Fitzpatrick of South Union Township told police that vandals damaged his car with a pumpkin while it was parked on Dixon Boulevard at 11:12 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

North Union Twp.

Bobby Nicholson of Uniontown told police that his license plate was stolen from his vehicle while it was parked in North Union Township between Friday and Sunday, state police said.

Georges Twp.

Vandals damaged a vehicle owned by Peggy Forsythe, no address available, while it was parked on Weaver Mill Road at 10 p.m. Saturday, state police said.
