Group seeks volunteers to clean area

Uniontown’s Lafayette Area Concerned Citizens are looking for volunteers to clean trash and litter from streets and alleys in the neighborhood from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday. Volunteers will meet at the intersection of Bailey Avenue and Lenox Street. Trucks will haul away large items. The Lafayette neighborhood is between Bailey Avenue and Connellsville Street.
