Charges dismissed
All charges filed against Steven Oros, 52, of New Salem were dismissed earlier this month during a preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham. State police charged Oros in August with indecent assault and related charges. Dunbar Twp.
Drucila Hardy of Chatsworth, Calif., told police that copper pipe was stolen from a home she owns on Ridge Boulevard between 1 p.m. Oct. 8 and 3 p.m. Thursday, state police said.

State police said someone broke into a home in Nicholson Township on Sept. 29 and stole jewelry, a camera and other items.
Henry Clay Twp.
State police said vehicles driven by Todd Detrick of Uniontown and Jeremy Savage of New Salem collided on Route 281 at 8:47 p.m. Wednesday. Police said Detrick suffered minor injuries.
North Union Twp.
No one was injured when cars driven by Ashley Richardson of Smithfield and April Karwatske of Uniontown collided on Route 119 Oct. 5, state police said.
Uniontown
State police said Tamerra Nicole Hall, 21, of Uniontown was charged with public drunkenness following an incident on North Gallatin Avenue at 1:20 a.m. Friday.

Helen McKnight of Connellsville suffered injuries when the vehicle she was driving crashed on Route 119 at 9:50 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.
Nicholson Twp.
Jennifer Judy of Nicholson Township told police that prescription medication was stolen from her home on Jacobs Creek Road on Sept. 27, state police said.
Georges Twp.
State police are searching for two men who allegedly stole various items from two homes between 11:15 a.m. and 1 p.m. Friday.
The first theft occurred in back yard of 60-year-old Gary Andrew Kisko’s 29 Second St. home, from which the thieves stole two, 15-inch Chevrolet wheels and a 16-inch steel wheel drum. The men then stole an orange, fiberglass ladder from a residence at a 590 Collier Road. The ladder belonged to Advanced Chimney Sweep in Uniontown.
Police said the suspects fled in a tan or dirty yellow pick-up truck.

A blue 2007 Yamaha Grizzly all-terrain vehicle owned by Bobbie Jo Kalie of Markleysburg was stolen from a location on Bruceton Road between 10 a.m. Tuesday and 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, state police said.
North Union Twp.
Someone stole a moneybox containing approximately $50 from a soda machine located at the Blue Mountain Motel along Route 40 sometime between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. Friday, state police said. The theft occurred after the thieves cut a hole into the side of the soda machine to gain access to the money. Police listed Elaine C. Ringer, 65, of Uniontown and Coca-Cola Company of Houston as the victims.

State police cited Barbara J. Altamare, 35, of Webster for driving too fast for roadway conditions after the 1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass she was driving southbound on Route 51 struck an embankment at 9:11 a.m. Friday. American Ambulance transported Altamare to Uniontown Hospital for treatment of a minor injury.

No one was injured when a car driven by Margaret Macho of Pittsburgh crashed on Gibbon Glade Road at 1 p.m. Wednesday, state police said.
South Union Twp.
Someone stole a black 2009 Honda Civic belonging to Christopher Carmine Mongeluzzo, 45, from 18 Lombard St., state police said. The theft occurred sometime between 8:30 a.m. Aug. 23 and 8:30 a.m. Aug. 24, state police said. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.
North Union Twp.
State police charged 19-year-old Lindsey Lough of Uniontown with aggravated assault for allegedly stabbing Eric Supensky, 19, also of Uniontown with a knife, causing minor injuries, at a location along West Penn Boulevard at 3:30 p.m. Thursday. Lough was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty. Her bail was set at $10,000.
