Nelda (Kern) Graham, age 85, of Connellsville, Pa., died Friday, October 16, 2009 in the Guardian Angels Country Care Home, Jones Mills, Pa. Friends will be received today from 1 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in BROOKS FUNERAL HOME INC., 111 East Green Street, Connellsville, Pa.
Services will be held on Tuesday, October 20, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the CHURCH OF THE OPEN DOOR, One Church Avenue, Connellsville, with Rev. Kenneth Broughman officiating. (Everyone Please Go Directly To The Church!)
Interment will follow in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Pennsville, Pennsylvania.
Family would like to extend a very heartfelt “Thank You” to Bonnie, Chrissie, Lenora, Renee and Traci and Brian Singer at the Guardian Angels Country Care Home and to the Nurses, Aides and Chaplin Fred Bauer from MediHome Hospice for their care and concern for Nelda during her stay there.
