Donna Kelley and John Allen of Marysville, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristi Allen, to Kevin Kapel, son of Edward and Alexis (Koziol) Kapel of Westerville, Ohio, and formerly of Tower Hill 2 and Republic. The bride-elect is the apartment manager of Alkire Gate Apartments in Columbus, Ohio.

Her fiance is a training specialist for Franklin County.

A wedding is planned for Nov. 14 at The Darby House in Galloway, Ohio.
