Hayden-Ulery

Ava Ulery of Uniontown and Jeffrey Hayden of Ohiopyle were united in marriage. The ceremony took place Feb. 21 at the Ohiopyle-Stewart Community Center with Magisterial District Judge Ronald Haggerty Sr. officiating.

The bride is the daughter of Lucille Ulery of Uniontown and the late Arnold Ulery of Connellsville. The bridegroom is the son of Richard and Sundae Hayden of Middle Ridge Road, Ohiopyle.

The bride was given in marriage by her mother. She wore a chiffon gown with ruche bodice and detachable halter straps. A silver headband was accented with Austrian crystals and pearls.

Holly Carafa was matron of honor for her sister. Fred Perkey Jr. was best man.

A reception was also held at the Ohiopyle-Stewart Community Center.

The bride graduated in 1996 from Laurel Highlands High School and in 2008 from Penn State Fayette.

She is employed with Family Behavioral Resources in Indiana, Pa.

The bridegroom is a 1992 graduate of Uniontown Area High School and is employed with Wyotech in Blairsville.

The couple resides in Homer City.
