Dolores E. “Doe” Kormos, 78, of Brownsville, PA died Monday, October 26, 2009 in Monongahela Valley Hospital with her loving family at her side. She was born on October 16, 1931, in Brownsville, PA., daughter of the late Albert and Edna Kuhn Goglin.

Member of over 50 years with the First Christian Church of Brownsville, PA where she was a choir member, Elder, Assistant Financial Secretary and Deaconess.

She loved singing at numerous weddings and special occasions and she was an Avon representative.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, James E. Kormos; three Children: Linda Karol and husband, James, James A. Kormos and Karla Lent and husband, Frank all of Brownsville, PA; three Grandsons: Matthew Karol, Derek and Cory Lent.

Predeceased by Brothers, Bill Goglin and Albert (Bugs) Goglin.

Friends will be received in the SKIRPAN FUNERAL HOME, 135 Park St., Brownsville, PA on Thursday and Friday from 2 – 4 and 6 – 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 AM with the Rev. Paul Sandusky officiating.

Interment will be held in the Lafayette Memorial Park.
