Rev. Howard Melvin Shultz, 94, of Hopwood, went to his Heavenly home Sunday, October 25, 2009 in the LaFayette Manor where he had lived since December 2008, after suffering a massive stroke on November 30, 2008. He was the son of the late Ray and Ida Eiford Shultz. Friends where received in the DONALD R. CRAWFORD FUNERAL HOME, Hopwood. Visitation will be held today in the Calvary U.M. Church, Uniontown from 10 to 11 a.m., the hour of the service with Rev. Keith Lohr officiating and Rev. Frank Sherman, Dist. Superintendent of the Connellsville Dist.

Interment will follow in the LaFayette Memorial Park.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Calvary U.M. Church, 34 Clark Street, Uniontown, Pa., 15401.
