Stephen Kotlar III, age 65 of Polk, Pa., passed away Thursday morning, October 29, 2009. He was born February 20, 1944 in Lemont Furnace, Pa., the son of Stephen Kotlar, Jr. and Pauline (Oris) Kotlar.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Gloria Kotlar and his uncle Rev. Father Fabian Oris.

He was a member of St. Mary (Nativity) R. C. Church.

He is survived by his sister Dolores Roth and husband James of Uniontown and his brother Fabian Kotlar and wife Bobbi Jo of Farmington; several loving nieces and nephews and other relatives.

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa. on Saturday, October 31, 2009 from 9 to 10 a.m. when a Blessing Service will be held with Rev. Father Micah E. Kozoil officiating.

Interment follows in St. Mary’s Church Cemetery.
