Sally F. (Jones) Lucas
Sally F. (Jones) Lucas, age 70 of Hopwood, Pa., died Wednesday, September 2, 2009 in Highlands Hospital, Connellsville, Pa. She was born February 5, 1939 in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Frank Jones and Sarah Francis Jones.
Sally graduated from Uniontown High School, Class of 1957. She then attended Bethany College for two years. She worked for TWA as a Reservationist. She then later became a Concierge and worked for Chicago Hotels before her retirement. She greatly enjoyed traveling across the globe to different countries.
Sally is survived by her brother Phil Jones and wife Diane of Hopwood; three nephews: Bruce Falcinelli, Samuel Franks and Joshua Jones and one niece Jennifer Falcinelli.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown Street, Uniontown, Pa., where the family will receive friends Monday, September 7, 2009 from 2 until 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Tuesday from 10 until 11 a.m.
A Service celebrating Sally’s life will be held at 11 a.m. with Rev. Thomas Brown officiating in the funeral home.
Interment will follow in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
