Paul Biskup, 68, of Brewster, NY, died Monday, August 24, 2009 at Putnam Hospital Center, Carmel, NY. Paul was born June 17, 1941 in Waynesburg, and was the son of the late Paul and Mary Ulintz Biskup of Crucible.

Paul graduated from Cumberland Township High School in 1959, and in 1973 he received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Johns Hopkins University.

He married Carolyn Arklie in 1967, in Baltimore, MD.

Paul worked for W.R. Grace and Company for 15 years, after which he was the Production Manager of the New York Daily News for five years. He then became proprietor of Custom Printing in Elmsford, New York, retiring in 2006.

Paul had been a member of the Knights of Columbus and the Lions Club.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; his son, David Biskup of New York City; his daughter, Kimberly Biskup of New York City; and his sister, Rosemary Biskup of Crucible.

He was predeceased by his parents and one sister, Mary Ann Biskup, who died in infancy.

Paul was laid to rest in Bedford Village, New York on Friday, August 28, 2009.
