George E. Wood, 88, of Uniontown, died Monday, September 7, 2009 in the Uniontown Hospital. He was born October 4, 1920 in Uniontown the son of the late George E. Wood, Sr. and Elizabeth Jenny Browning Wood.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the ANDREW D. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 80 Morgantown St., Uniontown, Pa.
