City police stopped 10 vehicles during a roving traffic detail at 6:30 a.m. Wednesday. Police said four people were cited for speeding, one was cited for driving an un-inspected vehicle without insurance, three drivers were given verbal warnings, one was cited for driving with a suspended license and a citation is pending against another person.
