Marguerite Papa Accettone, age 93, of Uniontown, Pa., passed away Monday morning, September 21, 2009 in the Lafayette Manor Nursing Center. She was born May 16, 1916 in Uniontown, the daughter of the late Michael Papa and Carmella Galasso Papa.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Joseph Accettone, her loving brother, Donald Papa and loving sister, Marie Gerke.

Marguerite is survived by her step-daughters: Joyce Katzeff and husband, David of Uniontown and Saundra Pecharka of La Crescenta, California; step-grandchildren: Brandon Joseph Katzeff, Eric Pecharka and Michelle Pecharka Jones; loving niece, Rachel Collins and husband, Rev. W. Darwin Collins; loving nephew, Bill Gerke and wife, Kathy and great-nieces: Elizabeth Collins and Anna Collins.

Friends will be received in the KEZMARSKY FUNERAL HOME, 71 Pennsylvania Avenue, Uniontown, Pa. on Thursday, September 24, 2009 from 10 am. to Noon the Hour of Service with Rev. W. Darwin Collins officiating.

Entombment follows in Sylvan Heights Cemetery.
