Exhibition to display University-related travels

1 min read

The “Where in the World Have You Been” exhibit is now on display in the Benedum Fine Arts Gallery on the campus of Waynesburg University through Friday, Oct. 9. The exhibit includes a juried collection of photographs from Waynesburg University-associated summer travel.

Featured photographs include service mission trips, study abroad destinations, off-campus student activities and the Lamplighter tour, among other excursions and activities.

Photographs for the exhibit were submitted by Waynesburg University students, faculty and staff.

“I thought it would be good to see photos of the various destinations our students, faculty, and staff have traveled to, gathered together in one show,” said Susan Phillips, professor of art and chair of the Department of Fine Arts.

Prizes will be awarded to first, second and third place in two categories. The first category will include student submissions while the second category will include faculty and staff submissions. One best of show prize will be awarded.

The exhibit will be open to the public Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., or by appointment.
