Bob Hughes to celebrate 90th birthday Aug. 11

Bob Hughes will celebrate his 90th birthday on Aug. 11. Hughes is a retired mail carrier and a 58-year resident of Smithfield.

He is a member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church and the Smithfield Senior Citizens. His two children, four grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren will travel from Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and California to celebrate the occasion.

Hughes now resides at Beechwood Court in Uniontown.
