Incident investigated

SOUTH UNION TWP. State police are investigating after an unidentified man allegedly exposed himself to a woman outside a business in South Union Township. Police said the incident occurred around 3 p.m. Sunday in a parking lot of a retail store.

According to police, the suspect exposed himself to a 28-year-old Uniontown woman and yelled obscene language at her.

Police did not identify the woman and said the incident remains under investigation.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to call police at 724-439-7111.

Morgan Twp. Chainsaws stolen

State police reported that two chain saws belonging to Atlas Railroad Construction of Eighty Four were stolen from a location in Morgan Township, Greene County, between 6 p.m. July 21 and 6:30 a.m. July 22.

South Union Twp. Man charged

Valerio E. Faieta Jr., 30, of Uniontown was charged with harassment following an incident involving Tom Rosendale of Hopwood that occurred at 2 p.m. Friday at 1043 Walnut Ave., state police reported.

Dunkard Twp. Items stolen

State police said Tonia Fox of Dilliner reported a game system and two baseball bat piggy banks containing money were stolen from her Set Still Road, Greene County, residence between 7 p.m. July 23 and 10 p.m. July 24.

MASONTOWN Warrant served

Masontown police said they served a warrant for the arrest of George Amos Cramer, 27, of Smithfield during a traffic stop in the borough Saturday.

SOUTH UNION TWP. Man charged

Michael Skovira, 28, of Uniontown was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Bryson Boulevard at 4 a.m. Monday, state police said.

GEORGES TWP. Man cited

State police said Vincent Rich Jr., 20, of Uniontown was cited for criminal mischief after he slashed the tire of a vehicle owned by Cortney Lavery of Smithfield at a location on Oven Road at 9 p.m. Saturday.

NORTH UNION TWP. Tire slashed

William Harbart of Lemont Furnace told police that vandals slashed a tire on his vehicle while it was parked at 109 B Poplar St. between midnight and 11 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

NORTH UNION TWP. Man cited

John Phillips, 41, of North Union Township was cited for public drunkenness following an incident on Gallatin Avenue at 2 a.m. Sunday, state police said.

SOUTH UNION TWP. Man charged

Jesse Breakiron of Merrittstown was charged with retail theft after he stole an item from Spencer’s at Uniontown Mall at 6 p.m. Saturday, state police said.

LONG BRANCH Mailbox damaged

Southwest Regional police said vandals damaged a mailbox owned by Terri Doman of Coal Center at a location on Cherry Lane Sunday.

FRANKLIN TWP. Items stolen

Raymond Ondrik of Waynesburg told police that items were stolen from his home at 2672 Smith Creek Road, Franklin Township, Greene County, July 27, state police reported.

North Union Twp. One charged

State police said Douglas J. Martin, 47, of Hopwood was charged with making false reports to law enforcement after calling 911 from 315 Bennington Road at 11:07 a.m. June 20 and falsely saying another person was in need of medical attention.
