Upper Tyrone Twp. Warrant issued

State police Trooper Christian D. Lieberum said a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Charles Fuller Sr., 43, of 140 Geary Dr., Connellsville after he failed to register as a sexual offender under Megan’s Law in July.

Anyone with information regarding Fuller’s whereabouts is asked to call police at 724-929-6262.

German Twp. Two charged

State police said Mary Kline, 61, and Patricia Ruffner, 47, no addresses available, were each charged with harassment following an altercation at 424 Gray Ave. at 11 a.m. Tuesday.

South Union Twp. Man charged

Jonathan Scheitlin, 24, of Republic was charged with retail theft after she stole light bulbs and batteries from Super K-Mart on Matthew Drive at 6:40 p.m. Monday, state police said.

North Union Twp. Charges filed

State police said Thomas Clarence Rankin, 47, of Uniontown was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Connellsville Street July 4.

Redstone Twp. Incident investigated

State police said a known suspect made false reports to law enforcement from a location at the intersection of Route 40 and Route 166 in Red Stone Townshp at 3:08 a.m. July 29.

Redstone Twp. Man charged

State police said Jeremy Alexander Crable, 28, of Fairbank was charged with providing false reports to law enforcement after he fabricated a report of a burglary at his home on Bell Street at 5:30 a.m. Tuesday.

Franklin Twp. Woman injured

Jodi DeFrank of Carmichaels suffered injuries when the car she was driving crashed on Laurel Hill Road at 1 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

South Huntingdon Vehicle damaged

Everson Motorcycle stolen

Jeffrey Ritchey of Scottdale told police that his 1976 black and purple Harley-Davidson motorcycle was stolen from a location on Graft Street between 8:30 a.m. Monday and 11:50 a.m. Tuesday, state police said.

South Union Twp. Violation reported

The state police Bureau of Liquor Control Enforcement said officers cited Blondie’s Roadhouse at 485 Walnut Hill Road for violating state liquor laws on four separate occasions in April, May and June.
