0005916241-01-1.jpg 0005916241-01-2.jpg Geary Mary K. (Marker) Geary, age 90, of Masontown, PA, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at the Golden Living Center, Uniontown, PA.
She was born on July 7, 1920 in Connellsville, PA, daughter of Ellsworth J. and Lillian H. (Ohler) Marker.
Her parents, husband, Reed H. Geary, daughter, Shirley Homistek, granddaughter, Amber Homistek, brother, Ellsworth Marker, and sister, Betty Nelson preceded her in death.
Mary was a member of the Masontown United Methodist Church.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Marlene Lipscomb and husband Charles of Southington, OH; Randy R. Geary and wife Jean of Masontown, PA; a son-in-law, Donald Homistek of Bristolville, OH; seven grandchildren, Shawn Homistek and wife Melanie, Christine Homistek, Kevin Homistek and wife Stacy, Chuckie Lipscomb, Eric Lipscomb and Amanda Geary; ten great grandchildren; a brother, George Marker and wife Carol of Fullerton, CA; and a sister, Evelynn Zoltai of Elyria, OH; and many nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received in the HAKY FUNERAL HOME, INC, 515 North Main St., Masontown, Pa. on Sunday, August 8 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m; and on Monday, August 9, 2010 until 11 a.m., the Hour of Service, with Rev. Mary Jane Fullerton Officiating.
Interment will follow at the Sansom Chapel Cemetery, Farmington, PA.
