0005916240-01-1.jpg Samuel J. Lee, age 46, of Uniontown, Pa passed away on Monday, August 2, 2010 in the Health South Rehabilitation Center in Morgantown, WVA. He was born July 23, 1964, to Nancy Brewster Lee and the late Albert Lee Jr. in Meridian, Mississippi.
In addition to his father, he was predeceased by a brother Albert Lee III.
He leaves to cherish his memory his fiancee’, Christine Middelton, Uniontown, PA; his mother, Nancy Lee, Uniontown, PA; Children: Athena Lee, Baltimore, MD, Sherika Brown, Uniontown, PA; Step-Children: Armed (Marchella) Middleton, North Versailes, PA, Lakisha (Lance) Middelton, Monroeville, PA and Lawrence Jones, Uniontown, PA; siblings: Anita Barzart, Irwin, PA, Alberta Lee, South Carolina, Fannie Lee, Uniontown, PA, Arlin Ford, Uniontown, PA; two grandsons and two step-grandchildren: Armed, Jr. and Marlo; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Services are entrusted to LANTZ FUNERAL HOME, INC., 297 E. Main St, Uniontown, PA and will be held on Sunday, August 8, 2010 at John Wesley AME, 349 E. Main St, Uniontown, PA from 4 PM – 8 PM and Monday, August 9, 2010 at 11 AM, the hour of service.
Interment will immediately follow at Edenborn Cemetery, Edenborn, PA.
