He was preceded by his parents and brothers, Robert, Walt, Carl and June Stockton and sister, Mary.
Other family members unknown.
Leaving behind his adopted family and care giver and best friend for 37 years, William Rusko; his ex wife, Gloria Rusko and their children: Susan Rusko Swartz, Cheryl Rusko, William Rusko, Jr., Joseph Rusko and Jeremy Miller; also several other adopted family and friends.
Thomas was a mentally challenged person who had a huge heart, would help any one at any time, who had no care about the value of material objects.
He had a dog named, Brutus for 13 years who he took care of as if it was his child. His only hope in life was to be in the Army for which he would walk down to the court house everyday waiting on his draft card. One special lady one day made him up one and he held on to that for years.
He will be very sadly missed by all and there will be no one who would say that he didn’t touch their heart in one way or another.
A memorial Service will be held on Saturday, August 7, 2010 at 7 BARTON RD., UNIONTOWN, PA., at 3 p.m.
