Brandon Lawson of Uniontown told police that vandals damaged his vehicle on East Street at 12:06 p.m. Wednesday, city police said.
Uniontown Mirrors stolen
Uniontown police said the mirrors from a motorcycle owned by Michael McIntosh, no address available, were stolen from a location on Cleveland Avenue at 1:02 p.m. Wednesday.
Uniontown Citation filed
Joshua Walls of Uniontown was cited for public drunkenness and disorderly conduct following an incident in Uniontown on Sunday, city police said.
Uniontown Man charged
Dexter Allen, 21, of Uniontown was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop on South Mount Vernon Avenue on May 31, state police said.
Wharton Twp. Man found not guilty
A Farmington man was found not guilty of criminal mischief after a hearing Aug. 4 before Magisterial District Judge Jesse Cramer in Belle Vernon. Cramer found William Martin Fairbanks, 48, not guilty of the summary charge. State police initially charged Fairbanks in May.
Fairchance Man charged
Ronald Allan Marshall, 50, of Smithfield was charged with drunken driving following a traffic stop on Route 857 on July 2, state police said.
Connellsville Two charged
Police filed charges of public drunkenness against Charles Osler, 26, of Springfield Pike and charges of underage drinking against Randolph P. Bartley, also of Springfield Pike, after they were allegedly found drunk outside a Snyder Street residence by officers July 31 at 1:13 a.m.
Connellsville Man cited
Police filed charges of public drunkenness against Derrick Young, 30, of East Apple Street, after he was allegedly found drunk and sleeping on the porch of an East Green Street residence on July 31.
Dunbar Twp. Teens cited
Dunbar Township Code Enforcement Officer Roger Adams reported citing two youths at 1:40 p.m. Monday in Leisenring for operating dirt bikes on public streets.
According to Adams, the youths, one 13-years-old, the other 14-years-old, were observed by Adams operating the dirt bikes.
Both youths were cited under the township ordinance, which prohibits the operation of dirt bikes and ATV’s, Adams said.
The youths will appear before District Judge Dwight Shaner at a later date.
Uniontown Television stolen
Uniontown police said a television was stolen from the home of Vicki Wilson at 1:35 a.m. Thursday.
