By Herald Standard Staff 1 min read

A Washington man is behind bars after Connellsville police found him in possession of a bag containing almost 1 ounce of ecstasy, the largest amount to be confiscated in Fayette County history. Officer Ryan Reese said Shea Matthew Pryor, 24, of 172 Edgewood Drive was charged with a felony count of possession with intent to deliver and possession of a controlled substance following the seizure, which occurred Sunday evening in Connellsville.

Reese said about 1 ounce of powder ecstasy was confiscated, which has the capability of making between 280 and 400 pills. With a street value of $20 per pill, the bust is valued at between $5,000 and $8,000.
