Recycle day
The third Sunday of each month, the residents of the Borough of Perryopolis may take their cans, bottles, old newspapers and aluminum to the borough garage to be recycled.
Residents of Perry Township may recycle at any time at the self-service bins in Star Junction at the township building.
Book Store
Mary Ann Gantner and Michael Weinstein have joined forces to bring music, movies, books and more to the residents of Perryopolis. The Fillmore District warehouse outlet has opened in the old Karolcik Theater building.
New and gently used CD’s, DVD’s and books are available at reduced prices. Store hours are: Tuesday and Thursday, 1 to 7 p.m; Friday, 1 to 6 p.m., and Saturday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.; closed Sunday, Monday and Wednesday.

Dancing Under the Stars
