Man charged

North Union Twp. State police said Eric C. Gibbons, 29, of Uniontown was charged with simple assault and harassment after he allegedly pushed Theresa Simpson, 48, of Uniontown to the ground five times between 9 and 11 p.m. July 17 at 258 Edison St. Georges Twp. Vehicle damaged

Arthur D. Wilson, 35, of Fairchance reported the front windshield of his vehicle was damaged while parked at 55 Lyons Ave. between 9 p.m. Friday and 11 a.m. Saturday, state police said.

Henry Clay Twp. ATVs, rifles stolen

State police said two green Honda all-terrain vehicles and hunting rifles belonging to James D. Mitchell, 51, of Pittsburgh were stolen from 1308 Mae West Road between 8 a.m. May 21 and 4 p.m. July 30.

North Union Twp. Woman injured

State police said Victoria M. Pletcher, 33, of Lemont Furnace suffered minor injuries when vehicles driven by Pletcher and Ronald F. Kollar, 62, of Lemont Furnace collided on Starlite Road near Misty Lane at 1:52 p.m. Saturday.

Wharton Twp. Equipment stolen

State police said gas well pipes and equipment belonging to Chesapeake Energy were stolen from a gas well site off Skyline Drive between 2 p.m. July 30 and 1 p.m. Aug. 2.

Franklin Twp. Hit-and-run

State police said vehicles driven by Bobbie F. Grecoe, 37, of Washington and an unidentified person crashed on Route 21, Greene County, at 5:34 p.m. Saturday, noting that the unidentified driver fled the scene following the crash. Police said Grecoe suffered injuries in the crash, but that two children passengers in her vehicle were not injured.

Monongahela Twp. Items stolen

State police said cable wire and an amplifier belonging to Atlantic Broadband were stolen from a site along Alicia Road, Greene County, around 2 p.m. Friday. Police said the theft caused several residences to lose their cable service for approximately four hours. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-627-6151.

Franklin Twp. Woman injured

State police said Donna L. Roberts, 51, of Waynesburg suffered minor injuries when vehicles driven by Roberts and Jonathan R. Remsing, 18, of Holbrook collided at the intersection of Elm Drive and Miller Lane, Greene County, at 2:15 p.m. Aug. 16. Police said neither Remsing nor a passenger in Roberts’ vehicle suffered injuries as a result of the crash.
