Uniontown man assaulted Sunday night

Uniontown police said men jumped a Uniontown man while he was walking in Uniontown Sunday night. Officer Jennifer Field said Franklin Straight, 20, of Uniontown told police that he was walking on South Mount Vernon Avenue around late Sunday when two men approached him and asked if he had any money.
