Dunbar man charged with burglary

A Dunbar man is behind bars after police allege he broke into a bar in Vanderbilt and more than $1,880. State police Trooper James A. Pierce said Lorin Anthony Long, 36, of 3770 W. Crawford Ave. was charged today before Magisterial District Judge Dwight K. Shaner with burglary, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal mischief.

Pierce said the charges were filed against Long after he allegedly pried open the front door of the Checkered Flag bar in Vanderbilt around 2:17 a.m. Saturday.
