Lemont Furnace man charged for defecating outside judge’s office
A Lemont Furnace man is facing a charge for disorderly conduct after he was allegedly caught defecating in a parking lot outside a magisterial judge’s office in North Union Township. Trooper Brandon L. Johnston said Ronald Francis Kollar, 62, of 114 Coal St. was caught defecating in the parking lot outside of Magisterial District Judge Wendy Dennis’s office Tuesday afternoon.
