Ellagene M. “Toots” Niswonger Diven, age 95, who was born in Scottdale, retired from Connellsville Sportswear in 1977 and was a member of Uncle Charlie’s Bowling League, passed away Friday evening, December 24, 2010. She is survived by sisters, Elsie “Honey” Bungard and Stella Morgan; nieces and nephews including Connie M. Roy and family; and several relatives of the Ben Diven family including Walter and Barbara Miller.
