Charles T. Lininger Sapp, 22, of Lemont Furnace, Pa., died Friday, January 1, 2010, at his home. Born in Morgantown, W.Va. on Nov. 17, 1987, he was a son of Timothy E. Sapp of Smithfield, and Patricia Lee Lewellen Kiger of Lake Lynn.

He had attended Uniontown Area High School, and had been employed in construction.

In addition to his parents, surviving are a brother, William J. Lininger, stationed with the U.S. Army in Korea; three sisters, Windy Ann Lewellen of Pittsburgh, Hailee Dawn Boyd and Jennifer Lynn Boyd, both of Connellsville; a son, Justin King of Waynesburg; grandparents, Roger and Beverly Sapp, Patricia Mayhue, and Patricia Lewellen; his mother’s fianc, Raymond Cordwell, and a number of aunts and uncles, including Shelly Baker

Predeceased is his paternal grandfather, Charles Lewellen.

Friends will be received in the RICHARD R. HEROD FUNERAL HOME, Point Marion today from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., and Friday until 11 a.m., the hour of service.

Private interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery, New Geneva, Pa.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be offered to the family at 501 Morgantown Street, Point Marion, PA 15474.
