Charges dismissed against Fairchance man

All charges were dismissed against a Fairchance man accused of backing his vehicle into two of his relatives after they reached an agreement outside of court. State police said Mark A. Myers, 37, was charged before Magisterial District Judge Randy S. Abraham with two counts of aggravated assault after he allegedly backed his his pickup truck into his brother and niece in Georges Township in February.

Abraham dismissed all charges against Myers after he reached an agreement with his family prior to a hearing today.
